By enrolling in any training, workshop, or programme offered by Tanja Sharpe Ltd (Suzanne & Tanja), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Tanja Sharpe Ltd (Suzanne & Tanja).
- “You”, “Your”, or “Participant” refers to the person enrolling in the training.
- “Programme” refers to the specific training, workshop, or course you have booked.
2. Booking & Payment
- Your place is confirmed only once full payment (or the first agreed instalment) has been received.
- Payment plans are available where stated and must be completed in full.
- Access to live sessions, recordings, and resources is strictly for the registered participant only.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you cannot attend live sessions, replays (where available) will be provided.
- No credits, transfers, or partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions or non-completion of the programme.
- In person event sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. Please ensure that you take out your own event insurance to cover you.
4. Participant Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to attend online sessions.
- You agree to participate respectfully and maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared by other participants.
- You understand that our trainings are educational and personal development-focused and are not a substitute for individual therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
5. Use of Materials
- All course materials, recordings, and resources remain the intellectual property of Tanja Sharpe Ltd.
- You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
6. Professional Development & Certificates
- Where applicable, CPD or Personal Development certificates will be issued only upon completion of the programme requirements.
- It is your responsibility to check that CPD hours are accepted by your professional body.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Tanja Sharpe Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the training.
- You participate in the programme at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
8. Changes to Programmes
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the content, dates, or format of the training to ensure quality and relevance.
- In the unlikely event we have to cancel a programme entirely, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
